Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items cannot be refunded: items returned after 30 days, worn or washed items, items without original tags, final sale items, customized products, innerwear, and intimate apparel.
How to Request a Refund
Login to your account, navigate to the order, and click "Initiate Return." Select the items and reason. We'll arrange a free pickup within 2-3 business days.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your return, our team inspects items within 2-3 business days to verify eligibility. You'll receive an email confirmation upon successful inspection.
Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional days.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot transfer refunds to a different card or account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in damaged condition, missing accessories, or after the return window. We'll notify you of any deductions before processing.
Cancelled Orders
For cancelled orders that were already paid, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Cancellations are free if requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but money was deducted, it's automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Contact us if you don't receive it.
Disputes
For refund disputes, contact our support team within 60 days of the original transaction. We'll review each case fairly and respond within 5 business days.
